# Flow vs DraftIt

The clearest difference is review sentiment: DraftIt at 75% against Flow's 24%. DraftIt also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and rating (4.6 vs 4.1). Flow's advantage is ratings volume (7.2K vs 15). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flow sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and DraftIt sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DraftIt holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flow has 7.2K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 24% of Flow's written reviews are positive against 75% of DraftIt's.

Flow ships an update weekly, DraftIt every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
