# Flow vs Sketch Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sketch Pro at 81% against Flow's 24%. Sketch Pro also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.1) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Flow's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flow sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Sketch Pro sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sketch Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7.2K and 12K respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 24% of Flow's written reviews are positive against 81% of Sketch Pro's.

Flow ships an update every 6 days, Sketch Pro every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
