# SharkClean vs Twisted FLX

SharkClean and Twisted FLX both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Twisted FLX's written reviews are positive against 49% of SharkClean's. SharkClean's advantage is ratings volume (501K vs 16) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for SharkClean against 4.9 for Twisted FLX. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SharkClean has 501K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 49% of SharkClean's written reviews are positive against 100% of Twisted FLX's.

SharkClean ships an update fortnightly, Twisted FLX every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
