Food Handler Prep: ServSafe offers 116 original practice questions across five employee-level food-safety areas: • Basic food safety, TCS foods, safe sources and receiving. • Personal hygiene, handwashing and employee illness reporting. • Cross-contamination, major allergens and safe service. • Cooking, holding, cooling, thawing and date marking. • Cleaning, sanitizing, facility safety and pest prevention. Read an explanation after review, follow source links, and use two original diagrams to interpret storage and cooling scenarios. Choose topics, question counts and optional per-question timing. Resume unfinished practice, revisit answers and track progress on your device. Study content works offline on iPhone and iPad. Source websites open in your browser and require internet. No account, subscription or advertising. This app focuses on US Food Handler knowledge. It is not full preparation for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager, Alcohol or standalone Allergens programs. Quizzes are configurable practice, not official mock assessments. Practice scores do not guarantee a pass or establish workplace competence. Use this selective bank alongside your required official course and employer procedures. It does not provide accredited training, issue a certificate or food-handler card, or establish acceptance in your jurisdiction. Check your employer, course provider and local authority for the correct program and requirements. Food-safety fundamentals use the 2022 FDA Food Code basis reflected in ServSafe's published course update information, checked against current FDA changes in October 2026. FDA has now published the 2026 Food Code; local adoption and approved exceptions vary. The study guide distinguishes those references.
