# START vs IT Arti

The clearest difference is rating: START at 3.8 against IT Arti's 3.0. START also leads on ratings volume (205 vs 4). IT Arti's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (44% vs 34%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. START sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $7.99 per month. IT Arti asks for nothing beyond the download.

START holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: START has 205 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of START's written reviews are positive against 44% of IT Arti's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

START ships an update fortnightly, IT Arti every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
