# MemoP vs Password Manager

MemoP and Password Manager both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of MemoP's written reviews are positive against 30% of Password Manager's. MemoP also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). Password Manager's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (17K vs 28). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MemoP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Password Manager sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for MemoP against 4.5 for Password Manager. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Password Manager has 17K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of MemoP's written reviews are positive against 30% of Password Manager's.

MemoP ships an update every 9 days, Password Manager every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
