# SyndtSphere vs Branches

The clearest difference is update cadence: Branches at every 6 days against SyndtSphere's every 23 months. SyndtSphere's advantage is price ($1.99 vs $5.99) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). On rating, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

SyndtSphere costs $1.99 and Branches $5.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Branches holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 18 and 12 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of SyndtSphere's written reviews are positive against 36% of Branches's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SyndtSphere ships an update every 23 months, Branches every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
