# 1 vs My 1 Rep Max

The clearest difference is price: My 1 Rep Max at Free against 1's $1.99. My 1 Rep Max also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (57% vs 39%). 1's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and rating (4.8 vs 4.4). On ads there is nothing between them.

My 1 Rep Max is free to download; 1 costs $1.99 up front. My 1 Rep Max sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 1 asks for nothing beyond the download.

1 holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 1 has 1.1K ratings behind it against 119, so its average is the more settled of the two.
