# Snap vs Wheels Mobile Assistant

The clearest difference is rating: Snap at 4.4 against Wheels Mobile Assistant's 3.2. Snap also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Wheels Mobile Assistant's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (668 vs 14). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Snap holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wheels Mobile Assistant has 668 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Snap's written reviews are positive against 6% of Wheels Mobile Assistant's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Snap ships an update every 10 months, Wheels Mobile Assistant every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
