# Math Ninja AR vs Assemblr EDU

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Assemblr EDU at 100% against Math Ninja AR's 28%. Math Ninja AR's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 16) and ratings volume (299 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Assemblr EDU sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Math Ninja AR asks for nothing beyond the download.

Math Ninja AR holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Math Ninja AR has 299 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of Math Ninja AR's written reviews are positive against 100% of Assemblr EDU's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Math Ninja AR ships an update every 3 weeks, Assemblr EDU every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
