# Baims vs Classmate

The clearest difference is rating: Baims at 4.5 against Classmate's 3.4. Baims also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (2K vs 5). Classmate's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Baims sells 41 one-off in-app purchases and Classmate sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Baims holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Baims has 2K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 87% of Baims's written reviews are positive against 67% of Classmate's.

Baims ships an update every 6 days, Classmate every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
