# Movistar FlexApp vs Google Tasks

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Google Tasks at 63% against Movistar FlexApp's 6%. Google Tasks also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (107K vs 1). Movistar FlexApp's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Movistar FlexApp holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Google Tasks has 107K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 6% of Movistar FlexApp's written reviews are positive against 63% of Google Tasks's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Movistar FlexApp ships an update every 13 months, Google Tasks weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
