# Robot Evolution vs Evolution Galaxy

Robot Evolution and Evolution Galaxy both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 86% of Robot Evolution's written reviews are positive against 66% of Evolution Galaxy's. Evolution Galaxy's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 729). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Robot Evolution sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and Evolution Galaxy sells 13 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Robot Evolution against 4.7 for Evolution Galaxy. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Evolution Galaxy has 16K ratings behind it against 729, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 86% of Robot Evolution's written reviews are positive against 66% of Evolution Galaxy's.

Robot Evolution ships an update every 6 weeks, Evolution Galaxy every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
