# GetGo vs Mr. Quick Car Wash

The clearest difference is rating: GetGo at 4.5 against Mr. Quick Car Wash's 3.3. GetGo also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 28 months) and ratings volume (17K vs 6). Mr. Quick Car Wash's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (25% vs 13%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GetGo holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GetGo has 17K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of GetGo's written reviews are positive against 25% of Mr. Quick Car Wash's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GetGo ships an update every 6 weeks, Mr. Quick Car Wash every 28 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
