# Otter Transcribe Voice Notes vs Parcel Tracker

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Parcel Tracker at none against Otter Transcribe Voice Notes's 10. Parcel Tracker also leads on review sentiment (84% vs 56%). Otter Transcribe Voice Notes's advantage is ratings volume (87K vs 35) and chart position (#11 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Otter Transcribe Voice Notes sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $16.99 per month. Parcel Tracker asks for nothing beyond the download.

Otter Transcribe Voice Notes holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Otter Transcribe Voice Notes has 87K ratings behind it against 35, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Otter Transcribe Voice Notes's written reviews are positive against 84% of Parcel Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Otter Transcribe Voice Notes ships an update fortnightly, Parcel Tracker every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
