# Birdie Mobile vs SilkPass

The clearest difference is rating: Birdie Mobile at 4.4 against SilkPass's 1.6. Birdie Mobile also leads on ratings volume (77 vs 8). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Birdie Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Birdie Mobile has 77 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Birdie Mobile's written reviews are positive against 40% of SilkPass's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Birdie Mobile ships an update every 6 weeks, SilkPass every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
