# Kill the Dummy vs Slash Masters 3D

Kill the Dummy and Slash Masters 3D both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Slash Masters 3D's written reviews are positive against 47% of Kill the Dummy's. Slash Masters 3D also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Kill the Dummy's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 6). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kill the Dummy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Slash Masters 3D asks for nothing beyond the download.

Kill the Dummy holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kill the Dummy has 2.1K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Kill the Dummy's written reviews are positive against 100% of Slash Masters 3D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kill the Dummy ships an update fortnightly, Slash Masters 3D every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
