# Orcas Partner vs AUC

Orcas Partner and AUC both sit at 4.2 stars, but that hides the real split: 67% of Orcas Partner's written reviews are positive against 0% of AUC's. Orcas Partner also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.4). AUC's advantage is ratings volume (48 vs 6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AUC holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AUC has 48 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Orcas Partner's written reviews are positive against 0% of AUC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Orcas Partner ships an update monthly, AUC every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
