# African First Words vs Fast

The clearest difference is rating: African First Words at 4.5 against Fast's 2.0. African First Words also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (107 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. African First Words sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and Fast sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

African First Words holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: African First Words has 107 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
