# SuperVPN vs Ostrich VPN

SuperVPN and Ostrich VPN both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 88% of Ostrich VPN's written reviews are positive against 75% of SuperVPN's. Ostrich VPN also leads on chart position (#175 vs unranked) and ratings volume (24K vs 3.7K). SuperVPN's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs freemium). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SuperVPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Ostrich VPN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for SuperVPN against 4.6 for Ostrich VPN. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ostrich VPN has 24K ratings behind it against 3.7K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 75% of SuperVPN's written reviews are positive against 88% of Ostrich VPN's.
