# Bunpo vs MS SC

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Bunpo at 18K against MS SC's 1. On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bunpo sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and MS SC sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Bunpo against 5.0 for MS SC. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bunpo has 18K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bunpo ships an update every 9 days, MS SC fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
