# Veo vs NTS (Horizons)

The clearest difference is update cadence: Veo at weekly against NTS (Horizons)'s every 6 weeks. Veo also leads on ratings volume (131K vs 62) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). NTS (Horizons)'s advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 37%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Veo holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Veo has 131K ratings behind it against 62, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Veo's written reviews are positive against 60% of NTS (Horizons)'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Veo ships an update weekly, NTS (Horizons) every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
