# Mixel vs Batchr

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Batchr at none against Mixel's 10. Batchr also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 77%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Mixel's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 6) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mixel sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Batchr asks for nothing beyond the download.

Batchr holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mixel has 1.5K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 77% of Mixel's written reviews are positive against 100% of Batchr's.

Mixel ships an update fortnightly, Batchr every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
