The clearest difference is rating: Tim Notes Blue at 4.2 against Note's 3.0. Tim Notes Blue also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). Note's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
