# Geistfrei GmbH vs Goetz

The clearest difference is price: Geistfrei GmbH at Free against Goetz's $3.99. Geistfrei GmbH also leads on review sentiment (77% vs 60%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). Goetz's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 7 months). On ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Geistfrei GmbH is free to download; Goetz costs $3.99 up front. Geistfrei GmbH sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Goetz asks for nothing beyond the download.

Goetz holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Geistfrei GmbH's written reviews are positive against 60% of Goetz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
