# Easy Fun Dial vs Secure Notes

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Easy Fun Dial at 100% against Secure Notes's 65%. Secure Notes's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (716 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Easy Fun Dial sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Secure Notes sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Secure Notes holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Secure Notes has 716 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Easy Fun Dial's written reviews are positive against 65% of Secure Notes's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Easy Fun Dial ships an update every 5 months, Secure Notes fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
