# Notifyd vs Go HWS Mobile

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Notifyd at 78% against Go HWS Mobile's 32%. Notifyd also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). Go HWS Mobile's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (4K vs 37). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Go HWS Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Go HWS Mobile has 4K ratings behind it against 37, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of Notifyd's written reviews are positive against 32% of Go HWS Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
