# Cloud Dentistry vs OnPay Mobile

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Cloud Dentistry at 82% against OnPay Mobile's 19%. OnPay Mobile's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OnPay Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 523 and 420 respectively.
