# AREZZO vs Océane

AREZZO and Océane both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 69% of AREZZO's written reviews are positive against 30% of Océane's. AREZZO also leads on ratings volume (552 vs 10). Océane's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for AREZZO against 5.0 for Océane. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AREZZO has 552 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 69% of AREZZO's written reviews are positive against 30% of Océane's.

AREZZO ships an update every 3 weeks, Océane fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
