# Flashcards Maker vs Study Helper

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Study Helper at none against Flashcards Maker's 1. Study Helper also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.2 vs 3.9). Flashcards Maker's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 43%) and ratings volume (253 vs 12). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flashcards Maker sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Study Helper asks for nothing beyond the download.

Study Helper holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flashcards Maker has 253 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Flashcards Maker's written reviews are positive against 43% of Study Helper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
