# IsaLife vs USANA

The clearest difference is rating: USANA at 4.6 against IsaLife's 3.0. USANA also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). IsaLife's advantage is ratings volume (415 vs 7) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

USANA holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IsaLife has 415 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

IsaLife ships an update every 2 months, USANA every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
