# 比心 vs 岛

The clearest difference is rating: 比心 at 4.2 against 岛's 3.5. 比心 also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (643 vs 14). 岛's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (50% vs 18%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 比心 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and 岛 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.49 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

比心 holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 比心 has 643 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of 比心's written reviews are positive against 50% of 岛's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

比心 ships an update weekly, 岛 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
