# ColorSlurp vs CircleCI Remote

The clearest difference is rating: CircleCI Remote at 5.0 against ColorSlurp's 4.5. CircleCI Remote also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). ColorSlurp's advantage is ratings volume (94 vs 1) and chart position (#166 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ColorSlurp sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year and CircleCI Remote sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CircleCI Remote holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ColorSlurp has 94 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
