# Calculator for iPad + vs MD Clock

The clearest difference is ads: MD Clock at none against Calculator for iPad +'s shown. MD Clock also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calculator for iPad + sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and MD Clock sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MD Clock holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3.6K and 6.6K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Calculator for iPad +'s written reviews are positive against 47% of MD Clock's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Calculator for iPad + ships an update every 4 weeks, MD Clock every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
