# Advanced Space Flight vs UBOOTSIM

The clearest difference is price: UBOOTSIM at Free against Advanced Space Flight's $4.99. UBOOTSIM also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 4 months). Advanced Space Flight's advantage is ratings volume (40 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

UBOOTSIM is free to download; Advanced Space Flight costs $4.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

UBOOTSIM holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Advanced Space Flight has 40 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Advanced Space Flight ships an update every 4 months, UBOOTSIM every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
