# Decathlon Connect vs Avon Smart V2

The clearest difference is rating: Avon Smart V2 at 5.0 against Decathlon Connect's 3.5. Decathlon Connect's advantage is review sentiment (34% vs 20%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Avon Smart V2 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Decathlon Connect has 40 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Decathlon Connect's written reviews are positive against 20% of Avon Smart V2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Decathlon Connect ships an update every 3 weeks, Avon Smart V2 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
