The clearest difference is rating: Sim Racing Telemetry at 4.5 against Apex Dash GT7's 3.8. Sim Racing Telemetry also leads on ratings volume (46 vs 4) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
