# Compass vs My GPS Navigation Tracker

The clearest difference is ads: Compass at none against My GPS Navigation Tracker's shown. Compass also leads on ratings volume (2.3K vs 4) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Compass sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and My GPS Navigation Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Compass holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Compass has 2.3K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
