# Lief App vs Vitala

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lief App at 45% against Vitala's 0%. Lief App also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). Vitala's advantage is monetization model (free vs paid) and rating (4.4 vs 4.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Vitala holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of Lief App's written reviews are positive against 0% of Vitala's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Lief App ships an update every 5 weeks, Vitala every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
