# Trans vs Pronto Commute

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pronto Commute at every 6 weeks against Trans's every 37 months. Trans's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Trans ships an update every 37 months, Pronto Commute every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
