Both are free to download. Unbordered Foreign Friend App sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Boappa asks for nothing beyond the download.

Unbordered Foreign Friend App holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Unbordered Foreign Friend App has 10K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
