# Superlocal vs Badgify

The clearest difference is rating: Badgify at 5.0 against Superlocal's 4.2. Superlocal's advantage is ratings volume (3.1K vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Superlocal sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days and Badgify sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Badgify holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Superlocal has 3.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Superlocal ships an update every 6 days, Badgify weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
