# Cytus II vs Paradigm

The clearest difference is price: Paradigm at Free against Cytus II's $1.99. Paradigm also leads on review sentiment (81% vs 73%). Cytus II's advantage is ratings volume (9.4K vs 269) and chart position (#9 vs unranked). On rating, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Paradigm is free to download; Cytus II costs $1.99 up front. Cytus II sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Paradigm sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Cytus II against 4.7 for Paradigm. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cytus II has 9.4K ratings behind it against 269, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of Cytus II's written reviews are positive against 81% of Paradigm's.
