# Florida WIC vs Ocean Drive

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ocean Drive at every 11 days against Florida WIC's every 4 months. Florida WIC's advantage is ratings volume (40K vs 3) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Florida WIC against 5.0 for Ocean Drive. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Florida WIC has 40K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Florida WIC ships an update every 4 months, Ocean Drive every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
