# Backgammon Unlimited vs Backgammon Eye

The clearest difference is ads: Backgammon Eye at none against Backgammon Unlimited's shown. Backgammon Eye also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Backgammon Unlimited's advantage is ratings volume (121 vs 3). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Backgammon Unlimited sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Backgammon Eye sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
