# Launch Times vs Space Launch Now

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Launch Times at none against Space Launch Now's 19. Launch Times also leads on ads (none vs shown) and device support (4 vs 2). Space Launch Now's advantage is ratings volume (32K vs 584) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Space Launch Now sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Launch Times asks for nothing beyond the download.

Space Launch Now holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Space Launch Now has 32K ratings behind it against 584, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of Launch Times's written reviews are positive against 58% of Space Launch Now's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
