# Lux Light Meter Pro vs Light Meter

The clearest difference is ads: Light Meter at none against Lux Light Meter Pro's shown. Light Meter also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15). Lux Light Meter Pro's advantage is ratings volume (5.2K vs 15) and rating (3.9 vs 3.6). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
