# TrustedHousesitters vs Wareeg

The clearest difference is ads: TrustedHousesitters at none against Wareeg's shown. TrustedHousesitters also leads on ratings volume (16K vs 8) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). Wareeg's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 42%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TrustedHousesitters holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TrustedHousesitters has 16K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of TrustedHousesitters's written reviews are positive against 50% of Wareeg's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TrustedHousesitters ships an update weekly, Wareeg monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
