# Cam to PDF vs ScanSimple

The clearest difference is ads: ScanSimple at none against Cam to PDF's shown. Cam to PDF's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cam to PDF sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ScanSimple sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
