# CloudEdge vs HeimLife

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: HeimLife at none against CloudEdge's 21. HeimLife also leads on review sentiment (77% vs 64%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). CloudEdge's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (21K vs 1.4K). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CloudEdge sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. HeimLife asks for nothing beyond the download.

CloudEdge holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CloudEdge has 21K ratings behind it against 1.4K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of CloudEdge's written reviews are positive against 77% of HeimLife's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CloudEdge ships an update every 2 weeks, HeimLife every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
